Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. Custom orders, special configurations, and software licenses are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@voltasic.com with your order number. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using insured shipping with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Inspection and Processing
Returned items undergo inspection upon receipt. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take 5-10 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are processed within 48 hours to the original wallet address.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
Items received damaged or defective are eligible for immediate replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
7. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are handled separately from returns. Contact support for warranty service, which may include repair, replacement, or refund per manufacturer terms.
8. Restocking Fees
Opened items or items returned after 30 days may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom configurations and special orders are not eligible for return.
